• Marcia’s parents, Ron and Mary Jo Schmaedick, began RAMS Realty in 1967 at the corner of West Broadway and Lincoln in downtown Eugene. That company would eventually become Realty Executives under the ownership of Marcia. Marcia continued residential sales for fifteen years before taking the position as Vice President with Prudential Real Estate Professionals. Her professional accolades include Realtor of the Year; President of the Eugene Association of Realtors; Oregon Real Estate Forms Board of Managers; participant on Oregon Association of Realtors Political Affairs, Government Affairs, Business Issues, Grievance and Professional Standards Committees.
